Counterpoint is committed to ending violence against women and building a safe and equitable community. In response to community needs, Counterpoint offers programming in English and Spanish.
We believe that use of violence and abuse in intimate relationships is an individual choice. We also understand that systemic barriers and social values normalize power imbalances among women and men that can result in a range of forms of woman abuse. Counterpoint believes we must work at an individual community and societal level to challenge intimate partner violence and to build a healthy and equitable society.
